Mounjaro (tirzepatide) 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg per 0.5 mL injection, is a prescription medicine for adults with type 2 diabetes used along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar (glucose). It is not known if Mounjaro can be used in people who have had pancreatitis.

Foods to Watch:

To support the effectiveness of Mounjaro and minimise side effects avoid: Very fatty or fried foods, Spicy or rich dishes that can worsen nausea, High-sugar foods and drinks (fizzy drinks, sweets, desserts)

Reducing alcohol is also advised, as it may intensify side effects and slow your progress.
