What’s Included?

    – covers your online questionnaire review by a UK-registered prescriber.

  • Prescription Weight Loss Medication
    Prices vary based on the brand, dose, and quantity (Wegovy, Mounjaro, Rybelsus).
    E.g. Wegovy starts from £130/month including prescription.

  • Subscriptions Plan Option (Coming Soon)
    Monthly bundles with discounted repeat prescriptions, check-ins, and free delivery.
    Starts at £169/month for approved patients.

  • Delivery
    • Standard Tracked Delivery: Free delivery for orders over £30 (Royal Mail or DPD)
    • Next-Day Delivery: Available on orders placed before 3.00pm. After 3:00pm then there will be a charge. Please, contact us for more details.
    • Cold Chain Medication: Requires signed-for delivery and fridge storage (details below)

All prices include VAT. You’ll receive a full receipt for your records after checkout where applicable.

Shipping, Cold Chain & Delivery Info

We make sure your medication gets to you safely – and quickly.

Once your treatment is approved, our UK pharmacy team dispenses your prescription and dispatches it the same day (Mon–Fri before 3pm). You’ll receive tracking updates and delivery guidance.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Tracked (2–4 working days): Free delivery for orders over £30
  • Express/Next-Day: Arrives next business day if ordered on or before 3:00pm. After 3:00pm there will be a charge. Please, contact us for more details
  • Saturday Delivery: Available in most areas

Cold Chain Medications (e.g. Wegovy, Mounjaro)

Some injections must be stored in the fridge (2–8°C). For these:

  • We use insulated packaging + temperature control
  • Delivery is made by specialist couriers (DPD, DX, Royal Mail)
  • You must be available to receive and refrigerate the order immediately
  • Missed deliveries may lead to product being returned or destroyed (we’ll contact you first)
  • If your delivery is missed:
    • Check your tracking link or contact us – we’ll help re-arrange delivery where possible
    • There are additional fees of £25.00 before we will resend
    • Safe place options will be used unless otherwise stated
    • We do not bear responsibility for damage, loss, or missing items if delivery instructions aren't followed
