At Weight Loss Injection, we know how important trust, clarity and a smooth experience are when shopping online. If something's not quite right with your order, our friendly care team are here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds and cancellations. If you're ever unsure, just drop us a message — no question is too small.
A quick note before we begin
As a UK-registered pharmacy, we follow strict rules from the MHRA, GPhC, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These policies are here to protect your health and safety, especially when it comes to prescription medicines and healthcare products.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact our Care Team to confirm if your item is eligible for return. Some items (like prescription medicines) cannot be accepted due to pharmacy regulations.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a simple form to include in your parcel.
What Can’t Be Returned?
For safety and regulatory reasons, you cannot return:
- Any prescription-only or pharmacy-only medicines
- Any item where a hygiene seal has been broken (unless faulty)
- Opened, used, or damaged items unless due to transit fault
Please double-check your order carefully before purchasing, especially if it’s a cold-chain or medicine item.
Returning Eligible Items
If your return is approved:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be posted back within 7 days of your return approval
- All items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging
- You’ll be responsible for return postage (we recommend tracked delivery)

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel, and keep your proof of postage.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which means you can:
- Request a refund or replacement within 30 days if an item is faulty
- Report delivery damage within 48 hours of receipt

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear
- Refunds are processed after items are received and checked
- If we believe an item was used, damaged, or can't be resold, we may reduce or decline the refund in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations
Cancellations
- We process orders swiftly, often within hours
- If your order has not been approved by our pharmacy team, we may be able to cancel
- Once your order is approved or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it

Your Responsibilities
- Check all details (name, address, email, product selection) carefully before placing your order
- We are not liable for incorrect information submitted during checkout
- We are not responsible for return items lost in transit, so please use a tracked service

Our total liability for any failed or cancelled order will never exceed the price paid for the item.
