At Weight Loss Injection, we know how important it is that your order arrives safely, discreetly, and on time. That’s why we work with reliable partners like Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your parcel gets to you as smoothly as possible.
We’ll always send you an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are typically reviewed by our UK-registered prescriber and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are processed the next working day.
Please note:
- Next Day Delivery requires your order to be placed before 3pm.
- If your order is placed after 3pm Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands may take 1–2 days longer.
Kindly note: There is an additional charge of £30 for Saturday deliveries scheduled for 1:00 PM. This option is only available before the 3:00 PM cut-off time.
Fridge-Line Medication (e.g. Mounjaro)
- It will be shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging.
- It will arrive via tracked next-day courier.
- Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery and store it in the fridge immediately.
- Missed deliveries may compromise medicine quality, and we are unable to refund items that become unsuitable due to delayed collection.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the expected date:
- Check your tracking link for updates.
- If it’s delayed, email us at care@weightlossinjection.co.uk — we’ll do everything we can to help.
- Our delivery partners occasionally experience delays beyond our control (e.g. strikes or adverse weather), but we’ll always advocate on your behalf.
